Manifesto Memento Film

Memento reimagines a basketball game as a living monument for NCAA March Madness in Greenville. Moments of play become memory through sculptural form, light, and motion. A cinematic vision where the city stands as witness and stage.

Memento was created as a cinematic vision to help bring NCAA March Madness back to Greenville. The film imagines a basketball game transforming into a monument as it unfolds—moments of play becoming lasting symbols of memory and legacy.

Inspired by the statues along Greenville’s Main Street, sculptural figures move across the court, activated through light, projection, and motion. City imagery and flashes of photography bring each moment to life, capturing how history is formed in real time. The result positions Greenville as both witness and stage—honoring past greatness while inviting new NCAA March Madness moments to be made.
